Due to the nature of small-batch production, manufacturing schedules, quality control, and logistics may affect this timeline. LESCHER will communicate significant delays and provide the cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

By placing a presale order, customers acknowledge that their lamp is not available for immediate shipment.

Due to the limited-production nature of this collection, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for changes of mind, personal preferences, or ordering mistakes.

This policy does not affect any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective products, items that do not match their description, or qualifying shipping delays.

Payments are processed securely through the payment providers integrated into our website. LESCHER Inc. does not directly store complete payment card information.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. LESCHER Inc. reserves the right to cancel and refund orders affected by payment verification issues, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Edition Zero orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout once production is complete.

Shipping estimates are separate from production lead times. Actual transit times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and for promptly communicating any requested changes before shipment.

LESCHER Inc. is not responsible for delays caused solely by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except as required by applicable law.

LESCHER lamps feature modular components and require some assembly upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for following the assembly, installation, and operating instructions provided with the product.

Before installation or use, ensure that all components are securely connected and that the lamp is connected only to the specified compatible power supply.

Do not force components, modify electrical parts, overload connections, or operate the lamp if any component appears damaged.

LESCHER is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or use contrary to the supplied instructions, to the extent permitted by law. description

LESCHER lamps incorporate acrylic components that require careful handling to preserve their appearance.

To clean the acrylic, use a clean, soft microfiber cloth lightly dampened with lukewarm water and, when necessary, a small amount of mild soap. Wipe gently without applying excessive pressure, then remove any soap residue and blot dry with a clean, soft cloth.

Avoid abrasive materials, paper towels, rough or dry wiping, window cleaners, ammonia-based products, alcohol, acetone, and other harsh solvents. These may cause scratches, cloudiness, or permanent surface damage.

Keep the lamp away from excessive heat, direct high-temperature exposure, and conditions that may damage or deform the acrylic.

Scratches, discoloration, chemical damage, or breakage caused by improper handling, cleaning, or use are not considered manufacturing defects.

Each LESCHER lamp is produced with attention to material quality and craftsmanship.

Minor variations in color, transparency, surface finish, and appearance may occur due to material properties and production processes.

Colors may also appear differently depending on screen settings, ambient lighting, and photography.

Such minor variations, when within reasonable manufacturing tolerances and consistent with the product description, are not considered defects.

LESCHER may introduce minor technical improvements or production adjustments that do not materially alter the product's advertised design, functionality, or quality.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your lamp arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears defective, contact LESCHER as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available.

LESCHER will review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement component, repair, replacement product, refund, or another remedy consistent with applicable law.

The suggested reporting period helps us investigate shipping damage promptly but does not limit statutory warranty rights or other legally protected remedies.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper cleaning, misuse, and unauthorized alterations are not covered as manufacturing defects.

All LESCHER Inc. designs, product concepts, photographs, illustrations, graphics, text, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of LESCHER Inc. or their respective rights holders.

These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

Purchasing a LESCHER Inc. product does not grant any license or ownership rights to the underlying designs, branding, or intellectual property, except for rights granted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer warranty rights, product liability obligations, or remedies for defective goods.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except where mandatory laws of another applicable jurisdiction provide consumers with protections that cannot be waived.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

LESCHER lamps are designed to operate with the supplied low-voltage lighting system. Customers must use only LESCHER-approved power supplies and accessories, follow the provided assembly and operating instructions, and respect the maximum permitted number of connected lamps. Unauthorized electrical modifications or the use of incompatible components may result in damage and are not covered by the limited warranty, except where otherwise required by law.

LESCHER Inc. stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its products.

Edition Zero lamps include a 12-month limited warranty, beginning on the date of delivery, covering defects in materials, workmanship, and electrical components under normal, intended residential use.

This warranty applies to the acrylic components, LED lighting modules, power supplies, and assembly of the lamp.

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, LESCHER Inc. will provide an appropriate remedy, including repair or replacement of the affected component or product, at no charge where covered by the warranty. Refunds or other remedies will be provided where required by applicable law.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, cosmetic scratches arising from use, improper cleaning, misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by incompatible electrical equipment.
